1) A4900 - VIBRIO

The Adash A4900 Vibrio M is a Vibration Meter, Analyzer and Data Collector in One. The Vibrio M instrument allows you to perform all basic vibro-diagnostics measurements such as bearing condition, identification of mechanical faults and lubrication assessment. Our expert system for automatic machine fault detection is included.

 

The Adash A4900 Vibrio M along with free DDS software is the easiest start of your predictive maintenance program based on machinery condition. The Adash A4900 - Vibrio M is equipped with 4MB of memory for data storage. Data memory allows you to perform off-route and route measurements. 

 

The professional software DDS for Vibrio M can be downloaded from the Adash website free of charge. Collect the data with Vibrio M regularly and import them into DDS software. Follow vibration trends and observe the actual condition of your machines.

2) A4900 - VIBRIO Ex

The Adash A4900 Vibrio M Vibration Meter & Data Collector is now also avaliable in an Ex version.

 

All basic vibro diagnostics measurements are available: Overall Values, FFT Spectrum, Time signal, Frequency bands, Route measurement or Expert system. You can listen to the signal with the headphones supplied with every unit.

 

The Vibrio M Ex comunicates with the DDS software, which you can download for free from the Adash website.

3) A4910 - LUBRI

The Adash A4910 Lubri measures actual bearing vibration once the sensors is mounted on the bearing house. Keep pumping the grease and see the vibration value going down. Bearing is well greased once the value is not decreasing anymore. Extend your bearings lifetime as simply as this!

Adash A4910 Lubri can measure and store two basic measurements. Acceleration in g for the bearing condition and Velocity in mm/s (or ips) for the whole machine body condition.

4) A4300 - VA3 PRO

The Adash A4300 VA3 Pro is a 3-Channel Vibration Analyzer, Data Collector and Many More. The Adash A4300 Vibration Analyzer is modularly based so that you can buy only the modes you need now and add on other modules later when there is a need.

 

Customize your Adash VA3 Pro kit. Select a single axis acceleration sensor or triaxial sensor for your day to day data collection. A speed probe would be needed for balancing job and an ultrasound probe for leak detection. No problem measuring Orbits, Centerline using Proximity probes.

 

The Adash A4300 VA3 Pro instrument can be configured according to your requirements by choosing optional modules: analyzer, route, balancer, recorder, run up or ultrasound. Optional modules can be purchased also additionally and downloaded to the instrument without the need of sending it back to the factory.

5) A4300 - VA3 PRO Ex

The Adash VA3 Pro Ex is a professional vibration analyzer determined to protect your machinery. Build your kit according to your needs. Single or multi axis sensors, speed probe and other accessories are ready for your vibration analysis and predictive maintenance program on general.

7) A4404 - SAB

The Adash A4404 Signal Analyzer Box (SAB) is a pocket sized 4 channel vibration analyzer. Connect the Adash A4404 -SAB to any computer by USB and use the unit for data analysing, collecting and the recording of vibration signals.

 

The instrument is enhanced by modules for dynamic balancing, measurement of run up and coast down and acoustic measurement mode. The instrument is equipped with an expert system developed by Adash, which automatically detects machinery faults.

 

The instrument is powered directly by USB connection so no external power is needed.
