PRODUCTS
1) RULA RL-C21 VIBRATION CONTROL SYSTEM
The RL-C21 is a powerful multi-purpose vibration control and data acquisition system for vibration testing, data analysis, and sensor calibration with a modular scalable architecture. The device has an LCD screen and a set of digital inputs and outputs allowing for autonomous operation.

Flexible channel configuration. Fully determined by the user and tailor-made for your needs.

Scalability. The system can be easily scaled up to 8 devices in one network, allowing you to get up to 32 input and 8 output channels.

High level of shaker protection. All calculations and safety checks are run by a DSP directly in the controller.

MEMS & MIMO capabilities. The system can simultaneously control up to 8 shakers in up to three axis and 6 degrees of freedom.

Break protection. Galvanic isolation in the input chains allows effectively protecting input chains from breaks.

2) RULA RL-C21M DAQ CONTROL SYSTEM
The RL-C21M is an advanced highly-accurate data acquisition system designed for multichannel applications. Scalable architecture allows the user to expand the system up to 512 channels in a synchronized data acquisition set.
The modular principle of hardware configuration provides flexibility to suit different user demands. There are three modules available:

Modules can be swapped freely to build a suitable hardware configuration. The following variants of configuration are available: 24/0, 16/4, 8/8 (in/out channels per controller). Two advanced software packages – TestUp and SignalUp– power the system to fulfill the data acquisition functionality.
3) RULA RL-C25 VIBRATION CONTROL SYSTEM
The RL-C25 is an advanced vibration control and data acquisition system designed for multichannel applications.

4) RULA RL-R19 PORTABLE SPECTRUM ANALYZER
The RL-R19 is intended for measuring, registering and analyzing vibration data and other physical processes.
Data acquisition system RL-R19 enables the user to :-
● acquire and transfer data from vibration sensors
● examine the vibration condition and defects of machines, mechanisms, mechanical constructions, etc.
● balance rotors of machines and mechanisms
It is possible to stack up to 8 devices with synchronization subsystem to collect data from 1 to 64 sensors. The principle of building up the software of RL-R19 devices enables forming a set of functional options intended to solve specific problems.

5) RULA RL-R17 VIBRATION & SHOCK RECORDER
The RL-R17 is a battery-powered portable vibration and shock recorder. The device has an embedded 3-axial accelerometer and a high-accuracy temperature sensor.
The acquired data is stored in the non-volatile internal memory with a real-time stamp for subsequent analysis.
The device has a sturdy aluminum casing and is rated IP65 water & dust resistant. It has a wide measurement range for both acceleration and temperature and provides accurate data with a low error rate.
The acceleration sensor has adjustable sensitivity and sample rate for different applications. The temperature sensor has a flexible sampling period from 1 minute to 1 hour.
RL-R17 can operate in two recording modes:
● continuous
● shock-event
Continuous recording mode stores all acceleration data. In shock-event mode, only the acceleration values exceeding the user-defined trigger level are recorded. Acceleration trigger levels can be specified for individual axes. Each shock event includes a user-defined time interval before and after the shock. The device delivers up to 1 month of uninterrupted work, depending on the mode, sample rate, and battery type.
RL-R17 is easy to use with one control button and LED lights on the front panel indicating its status and recording mode. The shock recorder connects to PC through a standard IP65-protected USB2.0 socket. While connected, it can perform recording online and display data on graphs in real-time.
RL-R17 works with VisShock software. The software complex allows the user to configure the device, manage the recordings and process the data. The software provides graph display, data analysis, and spectrum calculation capabilities. Download the brochure here.
6) RULA RL-A500 DIGITAL POWER AMPLIFIER
The RL-A500 is an easy-to-use class-D power amplifier designed to work with electro-dynamic shakers in the lab or in production. The nominal output power of the amplifier is 500 VA.

The amplifier is distinguished by high efficiency, accuracy, and low THD of the output signal. Among other advantages are the lightweight and compact case. The device has a smart protection system, which monitors the main parameters of the device to prevent failures and equipment damage. In case it detects overheating, overcurrent, short circuit, or deviation of any other parameters, the device switches off the output stage.
The embedded LCD of the device displays the main parameters: the output current and voltage, temperature, and other information about the state of the system. RL-A500 can be operated in AMPER and VOLT mode.
The amplifier provides the user with the ability to adjust the gain from 0% to 100% (in 5% steps). The cooling system allows adaptive air flow control to reduce noise when the amplifier is running at low power. Download the brochure here.
