RL-C21 Vibration Control System

The RL-C21 is a state-of-the-art vibration control and data acquisition system. The controller has modular scalable architecture, which allows the user to get from 1 to 32 input channels.

RL-R19 Portable Spectrum Analyzer

The RL-R19 is intended for measuring, registering and analyzing vibration data and other physical processes.

Data acquisition system RL-R19 enables the user to :-
● acquire and transfer data from vibration sensors
● examine the vibration condition and defects of machines, mechanisms, mechanical constructions, etc.
● balance rotors of machines and mechanisms


It is possible to stack up to 8 devices with synchronization subsystem to collect data from 1 to 64 sensors.

RL-C21M DAQ Control System

The RL-C21M is a direct successor to RL-C21, featuring up to 8 input channels in one box, direct control of power amplifiers and climatic chambers, as well as support for voltage and temperature sensors.

RL-R17 Vibration & Shock Recorder

The RL-R17 is a battery-powered portable vibration and shock recorder. The device has an embedded 3-axial accelerometer and a high-accuracy temperature sensor.

The acquired data is stored in the non-volatile internal memory with a real-time stamp for subsequent analysis.

The device has a sturdy aluminum casing and is rated IP65 water & dust resistant. It has a wide measurement range for both acceleration and temperature and provides accurate data with a low error rate.

The acceleration sensor has adjustable sensitivity and sample rate for different applications. The temperature sensor has a flexible sampling period from 1 minute to 1 hour.  

RL-R17 can operate in two recording modes:
● continuous
● shock-event

 

Continuous recording mode stores all acceleration data. In shock-event mode, only the acceleration values exceeding the user-defined trigger level are recorded. Acceleration trigger levels can be specified for individual axes. Each shock event includes a user-defined time interval before and after the shock.

 

The device delivers up to 1 month of uninterrupted work, depending on the mode, sample rate, and battery type.  

RL-R17 is easy to use with one control button and LED lights on the front panel indicating its status and recording mode.

The shock recorder connects to PC through a standard IP65-protected USB2.0 socket. While connected, it can perform recording online and display data on graphs in real-time. 

 

RL-R17 works with VisShock software. The software complex allows the user to configure the device, manage the recordings and process the data. The software provides graph display, data analysis, and spectrum calculation capabilities.

RL-C25 Vibration Control System

The RL-C25 is an advanced vibration control and data acquisition system designed for multichannel applications.

RL-A200 Digital Power Amplifier

The RL-A200 is an easy-to-use class-D power amplifier designed to work with electrodynamic shakers in the lab or in production.

 

The nominal output power of the amplifier is 200 VA. The RL-A200 is perfect for modal analysis.

TestUP Vibration Testing Software

SignalUP Data Acquisition & Analysis Software

SignalUp is a powerful software package for recording and analyzing signals of different dynamic processes.

 

You can use SignalUp to analyze the data acquired with RULA devices in real time or import the files recorded by external data acquisition systems.

RL-S039 Strain-Gauge Amplifier

The RL-S039 is a universal four-channel amplifier and power supply unit for strain measurement sensors with configurable gain and excitation voltage.


RL-S039 allows the user to connect strain-gauge sensors to any data acquisition and vibration control systems.

Every channel is equipped with a noise filter, and the amplifier provides programmable bridge offset nulling and shunt calibration.

 

RL-S039 protection system automatically decreases current to prevent short circuit or excitation overload.

Easily connect the amplifier to your network using USB or Ethernet, and then configure and control RL-S039 via TestUp.

LogUP Autonomous Shock Recorder

LogUp is a software complex for autonomous shock recorder RL-R17. Together they provide the necessary speed and accuracy for data processing.

RL-R17 and LogUp are intended to measure and record vibration impact and temperature into the device's non-volatile memory during transportation of various loads, with subsequent reading, analyzing, and documenting the results on your PC.

LogUp is a software complex with a user-friendly interface that has all the necessary tools for device configuration, as well as graphic and digital representation of the recorded data.
