New features available on the new 2022 Vibrio M :-
a) The new Vibrio M comes with a new function called Auto Save. This allows you to set up time interval between measurements and start saving continuously. This means Vibrio M can be used as a data logger and almost as a small online system!
b) The new Vibrio M allows you to store values of any Vibrio M measurement screens. Time interval between stored measurements can be between 1 to 60 minutes. Shortest interval between measurements is called asap and it is approximately 15 seconds. If you set up overall value measurement, high interval of saving (60 mins) and you plug the Vibrio M to power supply then you can measure for years! According to this example:
4 MB of memory allows to store 120960 overall values.
Main Vibrio screen actually saves 5 values at the same time.
- Velocity RMS: 10 - 1 000 Hz [mm/s, ips]
- Velocity 0-Peak: 10 - 1 000 Hz [mm/s, ips]
- Acceleration RMS: 500 Hz - 16 000 Hz [g]
- Acceleration 0-Peak: 500 Hz - 16 000 Hz [g]
- Speed
5 x 24 is 120 values per day which is 3600 values per month
120960 values / 3600 = 33,6 months!
The data can be transferred to DDS software.

2) Castle Model GA2006S VEXO
The Castle Vexo S has been developed out of the need for an exacting product for an exacting industry. To operate successfully in the world of Maintenance condition monitoring and fault diagnostics, any new vibration meter must live up to certain expectations. The Vexo S has been designed specifically to function at maximum performance when the going is tough.
The Vexo S is simple to use, with a clear colour display and a robust and reliable sensor system which brings a new level of clarity to the hands of maintenance teams and production engineers alike.
The Vexo S is a single axis vibration meter with a dedicated accelerometer attached via an ultra-robust cable. It has a colour OLED display, simple 3-button operation and memory for storing 1000 test results. Most importantly, once a measurement has been made, colour coded results are given according to ISO 10816 for machinery condition or a dedicated bearing mode will give an indication of the condition of shaft or motor bearings.
One unique feature of this product is that it is capable of taking a short average measurement rather than the normal instantaneous test. This will increase the accuracy and repeatability of measurements, which is essential for trending applications. Graphical trending can be viewed using VibdataPRO PC software for Castle Vibration meters.
