The Prowave Phoenix GM4 Carrier System offers reliable and cost effective vibration condition monitoring of rotating machinery in industrial plants.

The Prowave system uses LoRaWAN (Long Range Wide Area Network) technology in its wireless sensors for long distance communication, low power consumption and low set up cost.

Monitor equipment for vibration to ISO 10816, temperature and various physical quantities via cloud platform, mobile devices or desktop PC. Use the data for trend management, automatic alarm, automatic diagnosis and reporting. Analyse bearing faults with the built-in bearing database covering inner / outer rings, cage and balls.

Prowave offers Bionic Auto-Diagnosis that offers analysis of more than 30 vibration problems such as structural resonance, poor gear mesh, motor rotor eccentricity, belt issues, shaft misalignment, coupling shim wear, bearing sleeve wear, and many more.
