Introducing the VDS120 Vibration Data Source
Wilcoxon Sensing Technologies has introduced the new 𝗩𝗗𝗦𝟭𝟮𝟬 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 with OPC UA output for converting your analog output to digital output.
The Amphenol Wilcoxon VDS120 powers and provides digitizing for up to four IEPE accelerometers and makes calculated values and dynamic vibration data available through its built-in OPC UA server.
Flexible inputs: 1–1000 mV/g sensitivity, compatible with IEPE accelerometers from any manufacturer
High-resolution dynamic data: Time waveforms and FFT spectra, selectable frequency ranges up to 40 kHz, 6,400 spectral lines and sampling rates up to 102.4 kHz
Calculated vibration metrics: Acceleration, velocity and displacement frequency bands aligned with ISO 10816-3, ISO 20816-3 and ISO 17243 guidance, plus true peak, crest factor and standard deviation
RPM input: Dedicated tachometer input for rotational speed

Hazardous locations — Use appropriately certified accelerometers for hazardous areas, including Intrinsically Safe options for Class I, Division 1 and ATEX/IECEx Zone 0/1 applications.
