Wilcoxon has launched the new 883M Digital Triaxial MEMS Accelerometer and Temperature Sensor.
The 883M with an acceleration range of ±16 g comes with the following features :-
Synchronous measurement of machine vibrations in three axes and temperature
Detection of overall of vibration acceleration, velocity, and displacement
Digitally outputs vibration spectrum, time waveforms, and 12 frequency band values for each axis
Up to 5kHz high-frequency response
Modbus RTU communication protocol ensures stable data transmission
IP67 design for durable and reliable operation in harsh environments up to +70°C
Outputs align with ISO 10816-3 and ISO 20816-3 guidelines for evaluating mechanical vibrations
The 883M is suitable for the following applications :-
Rotating machinery: motors, fans, blowers, pumps, compressors
Transmission systems: gearboxes, couplings, bearings
Manufacturing equipment: CNC machines, conveyor belts
HVAC systems: compressors, cooling towers, cranes, lifting equipment, road rollers
