Wilcoxon VDS100 & VDS300 Vibration Data Sources, 4-channel IEPE to digital adapter

The Wilcoxon VDS Series are Vibration Data Sources, 4-channel IEPE to digital adapters with either OPC UA (VDS120) or MQTT (VDS130) output.

VDS100 features :-

• Selectable output: OPC UA (VDS120) or MQTT (VDS130)

• Accepts and digitizes input from 4 IEPE accelerometers and 1 RPM tachometer

• Transform data from analog sensors that are not current available as digital sensors: high frequency, low frequency, high temperature, voltage isolation, hazardous location certified, and more

• Output of vibration spectrum, time waveform, and 20 calculated vibration metrics covering acceleration, velocity, displacement, true peak, crest factor, and standard deviation

VDS300 features :

• Compatible with a wide range of industrial vibration sensors covering general purpose, high speed, low speed, high temperature, high EMI, high vibration, submersible, and hazardous area applications

• Output of vibration spectrum, time waveform, and 20 calculated vibration metrics covering acceleration, velocity, displacement, crest factor, and standard deviation

• MQTT output for simplified integration into enterprise- and cloud-level data systems

• DIN-rail mountable and stackable

• Frequency bands are compliant with ISO 17243 (machine tool spindle vibration) and ISO 20816-3 (industrial machine vibration severity)

The VDS100 and VDS300 enable direct integration with dashboards, edge gateways, or local MQTT brokers, eliminating the need for a PLC or intermediate data concentrator.
